It was ibaird, as it was alive! Found resting on our verandah this morning. I thought at first it was dead, but after I'd got it into my 'collection glass' it moved slightly. So, I took the first pics then put it in a pot plant under the leaves for protection, but it then decided to move up onto the rim giving me the opportunity for more pics! How lucky was I?! I watched it for a while, then it flew off.
