a bit of action in our bee hotel

Just curious about the placement of your bee hotel, as my daughter was complaining that ours had no visitors and was wondering if it was too exposed to the wind and rain, so checking if yours has a bit of a roof or cover for some shelter?

we have a "carport" up the back with a trailer in, the tin on the roof sticks out about 30cm, have hung the bee hotel just under the tin so it is protected. It is just a small bee hotel we got when Aldi had them.

Thanks, I think ours needs just a bit of cover too. Then we might get some exciting visitors.
