Tiny damselfly, in flight the wings are hardly visible, moves slowly back and forth just above surface of water.

Harvey, this is the smallest damselfly I have seen in the ACT, are there any smaller than this one?

You're right, Matt - this is the smallest damselfly to occur in the ACT. There is a tiny dragonfly that is just about as small (but not as slender) - the Eastern Pygmyfly.
