Too pretty to be Pholcus phalangioides. Although exotic, apparently seen in other parts of Australia.

I wonder if climate change is allowing this species to expand its range - records in the corner of SE Australia seem to be rare

Good point, Michael. This one was amongst tubs near our small orchard, so living in a somewhat protected environment.
