Hi Con, I can't be sure from the images if it is Camponotus nigroaeneus or Camponotus aeneopilosus. Cheers, Jon

Thanks, Jon. It was a warm part of the day and it was moving very, very quickly. I will try to find one in the cool of the early morning.
