A new location at an unusually high altitude, see comments.
User's notes
We saw a Rakali (Hydromys Chrysogaster) swimming in the marsh land/ creek at the top of Pound Creek below Mount Twynham in Kosciuszko National Park. Altitude of approx. 1950 metres (from my watch and not a topographic map). The location is quite high and the marsh is frozen throughout winter. The Rakali was only a few metres from us and easily identified by the distinctive markings on its tail.
