Sorry, I retract my earlier comment. On greater inspection the nymphs of both species are very similar but there are differences.

Having looked at images on CNM, I agree they are very similar. Will look into it further. Rainer Rehwinkle has a picture on his Facebook page today of a nymph of C. elegans

Thanks Roger. At first I thought there were several mistakenly ID'd sightings but I took a close look at the images on ALA of both species and eventually was able to establish the difference.
