First photo shows bluish sheen on abdomen, but it was not very obvious to the naked eye

Very difficult. Colours can be tricky especially in photos. Occasionally, Hylaeus honestus can seem to have a very slight bluish sheen so I think we have to say that the bee may be either H. honestus or H. perplexus with the latter more likely, but the former a more abundant species.

Thanks Michael, I was going to suggest H. honestus as a possible until I noticed the image with the blue sheen
