The wind was blowing it around so i only got one clear shot before it took off.

I am not 100% certain about the identity of this bee. M. maculariformis has a different body shape and the facial hair is orange in both sexes, and the male has a conspicuously modified foreleg, so it is not that species. I think the antenna has only 12 segments which would make it a female, but I can't quite see whether the shape of the abdomen is that of a female. The relatively small orange spot suggests M. oblonga.
