This is a very tiny moth. I was hoping it was a peacock spider, but it was this small moth. It looks like a common nettle tap moth. Or metalmark.

Yes, this is similar to Anthophila fabriciana, the Nettle-tap (UK), but smaller, and is a metalmark in the family Choreutidae. Tebenna micalis has a world-wide distribution including occurring in the southern UK counties.
