This one looks very different to the other Chezala privatella moths but maybe they are that variable.

If it didn't show the dot pattern it does I'd be suggesting Pedois genus.

The shape of Pedois is similar but the wing patterns don't match at all, like you say. How about a very pale Barea?

Those upturned palps and the overall shape of the moth and markings look very typical of C. privatella to me. I think there is at least one other similar looking specimen in the collectiion of C. privatella sightings on CNM.
