Looks like T. nuda or T. megcalyptra, but I can't tell which.

Agree its probably megcalyptra. Post anther lobe looks pretty constricted, tufts look pom-pom like and labellum looks relatively thin. A photo of the leaf helps too, as megcalyptra typically has a somewhat broad leaf
