Also in regards to what Tobias said about hamatus being more stripey than calceolus, I feel this is a better fit for hamatus. The plants in Oligochaetochilus calceolus (Bungonia Rustyhood) mostly lack the striping, and I think have shorter free-points than hamatus (if that means anything). I am more confident about that being calceolus.
Agree this one looks paler and with some more striping, but still less striping than typical hamatus. Given calceolus in area, perhaps still likely to be a pale calceolus? Would like to see this species in the flesh one day
