I think this is Diuris semilunulata, but there is such overlap with Diuris nigromontana I am not sure.

Yeah tricky given these things probably just hybridise anyway. I can see where you're coming from Matt, doesn't look like typical semilunulata to me though. I've been erring on the side of calling these things nigromontana as that species seems quite variable
