In Marica after the 2019-20 bushfires. Kosciuszko National Park. Lots of eucalypt regrowth, burnt logs and bare ground. Very little cover from grasses, forba or shrubs.

Nice sighting! In some ways there appear to be some features of Caladenia orestes in these flowers, but I think on balance more like C montana, which is what I will confirm here. The distinct clubs and protruding labellum look good for montana here
