Spots on side petals but none on dorsal petal; no yellow on apex; no glands on apex.
Other spotted Sun Orchids are: T. juncifolia = large spots, glands on apex; T. ixiodes = dark glands on the column apex, dark spots

T. simulata has a smoother, more yellow, apex to the column. Particularly in the last photo, you can see the finger-like projections that are characteristic of T. juncifolia.
