User's notes

Same location as plants reported 1 year ago. Sofar this year there are fewer plants, perhaps due to excess growth of competing grasses in this location (moist. / temperate growth conditions). ?Pollinia discharge readily when (accidentally) touched. Please suppress location again.

Seems like H bicolor also in the area, would need to see the labellum to be sure of species
