Hi Cheryl. Without a better view of the stem it's hard to be sure which species this is.

Thanks Cath, I will try to get back and get another photo of the stem. I think they are at the end of their flowering so there weren't many others around.

Cath, I have taken a couple more photos of the stem and the base, they're not great but they might help?

Sorry Cheryl, I'm still not sure. The stem looks greenish, but also thin, so it's a bit ambiguous.
