I have seen a hairy form on Red Hill. Pretty sure my suggestion is right - but open to other suggestions

It's really wooly and not very tall, this one was just about 10cm.
And the cluster of flowers sat at the point where the stem divides into two further stems (photo 2).
Would that all still fit?
