I see it is a spider orchid complete with spider. This flower has has toothed margins on the labellum which is not always typical.

Yes I only noticed the other spider when I looked on the big screen. They've only just started flowering.

I was wondering if you had these guys out your way. I don't believe they come much further west than that.

Last time I looked our population is the westernmost one registered. But there could be others out there, often hard to see.
