Historic photographs. The location is approximate only (the camera I used to take the photos has no coordinates embedded). From memory, there were about 10 plants. I'm sure about the genus but not about the species; D. pardina occurs in the same area but is somehow different. I haven't spotted the plants again since I took the 2005 photos.
thanks Tobias. The closest was D nigromontana; see for instance https://canberra.naturemapr.org/sightings/27238. However, I filed the photos under possible Diuris hybrid; I thought perhaps a hybrid of D pardina / Golden Moths / nigromontana .... BTW the Field guide to the orchids of the ACT lists the Field firing range, Majura as a location of D nigromontana.
