There seem to be a lot of nymphs of this species appearing at the moment, possibly emerging from their winter quiescence.

Ah. I wondered if it was a nymph, as the antennae seemed unusually short.

Its not the antennae but the downward position of the wing buds that show it to be a IIIrd instar nymph. A female by the presence of a rudimentray ovipositor.
