What a beautiful ring tree - it doesn't look natural so l wonder what purpose it has for Aboriginal custodians. The tree doesn't have wrinkly armpits (furrows on the trunk just below the junction with main branches) so that rules out scribbly gum. On Mt Ainslie that just leaves Brittle Gum, a magnificent and stately specimen
