Intriguing. Sometimes cracking on the cap is an artefact of the tissue drying out, but in some species such cracking is a normal feature. Here I think the latter is the case, for I see no other signs of drying-induced distortion. The small size, bright colour and gills that run a little way down the stem suggest the genus Hygrocybe - but there's still the possibility of this being something else.
