Ned do you think the plant has naturalised at this location or has it been planted?

Hi Michael,
This plant was growing by itself under a bush in the park. It wasn't planted but I saw several that had been planted in a garden a few hundred metres away.

I should add that the photo with the flower was from one of the garden plants that I saw to assist with the ID of the plant under the bush.
