I removed over 40 specimens from this site at the Valour park entrance and from a site north of the nature reserve (there are more plants but they have already released all seeds).
The species grows in Valour park each year and releases seeds which are transported quite a distance into the nature reserve given the prevailing northwesterly winds, the height of some specimens close to 2m and the pappus attached to the seed which acts as a parachute.
