Are you sure about the spelling of Amphipsochidae? A search produces no results. It looks like a tiny parasitic wasp.

I don't think it is Psocoptera. The ovipositor makes it look like a parasitic wasp.

Cheers. I didn’t even notice the ovipositor. But, yeah mine was a pretty bad guess. Its antennae are too segmented as well.
