The palpi are right for Faveria laiasalis cf tritalis, but also right for Morosaphycita oculliferella and the wing pattern suits the latter better.

It looks quite difficult to distinguish M. oculliferella from F. laiasalis from sight alone. There were many examples on the ALA which lead me to think this was F. laiasalis. I added F. laiasis to the CNM taxonomy, but it must be recognised that F. laiasilis apparently has primarily a tropical and subtropical distribution in Australia. I found no record for it for the ACT online, but M. oculliferella has a general SE Australian distribution.
