Hi, is there any chance I could please be sent a couple of specimens of this? I realise it has been ID'd as a fairly common and widespread species Diphucrania leucosticta, which it most likely is, but its appearance this early in the season, and its strange colours, makes me wonder if it might be something else. A fly seemed to be paying a lot of attention to the rear of this beetle and was still hanging around as the beetle began to move around. Not seen this before.Associated Insect
