Huge spider, body size 21mm long, whole spider length just over 90mm. Inside my office!

This is what happens when someone leaves the window to my office open, I end up with an office full of wildlife. This is the third, and largest beastie so far today, but I could have a brushtail in my bookshelf, or a rat in my drawers yet!
