Vic's specimen at https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/4239271
has a posture with overlapping forewings, like many Noctuids.
This specimen 4274360 has a posture with forewings meeting tentwise, like many Pyraloids.

See CNM sighting No 42510. But that sighting looks unlike that species elsewhere online, and the the shape of the forewing wingtips of this speciment don't match well.
