I'll offer a cup-of-coffee bounty on this one - it's such a distinctive moth with a perfect photo and two earlier records under Oecophorinae (subfamily).
This bears some resemblance to Eulechria sigmophora, Eulechria habrosema, Sclerocris amoebaea, and to http://www.boldsystems.org/index.php/Taxbrowser_Taxonpage?taxid=408665
Yes, it's Eulechria ophiodes. I think of them as an orange version of E. sigmophora with heavier black lines. None of the CNM photo angles brought out the S shape. How will you collect the bounty Don?
I do not recall mentioning E. ophiodes, but anyway: Bron: I popped a copy into http://lepidoptera.butterflyhouse.com.au/eule/ophiodes.html Hope you like it there?
I obviously should go to bed instead of doing this at 3am while asleep :(. Anyhow congratulations to all of you, for your assidious work on the moths. Coffees all round on me too whenever you can make it to Melba :).
