This strikingly coloured wasp was doing something interesting . . . feeding?

This looks like a male so maybe feeding or drinking

I just noticed this bug hiding in amongst our wasps. You can see its piercing mouthparts feeding on an aphid or something similar. The antennae also have much longer segments than wasps generally do.
