I can see that it looks like Thoracolopha verecunda but what are the two round indentations at the bottom of the forewings? Is it just some damage or a feature?

Not a feature i think. But it may be that this individual never properly emerged with the wings fully extended? Nevertheless it is worn so it survived well.
