White mushroom, white gills, under eucalypt.

For an Agaricus you should see brown gills by this stage of development. Also, the roughness on the cap is almost certainly the upper remnant of a universal veil, a membrane that envelopes the while mushroom at the button stage. You don't find that in Agaricus, but it is common in Amanita.
