They do have orange tegulae above the wing bases, but I can't see any metallic green colour and the bands are usually pale yellow. I am wondering whether they might be a different Lipotriches species.

Sorry about the poor photo quality. I was rushing to get away when I spotted them. I've put up the only other photo I have of them. I'm happy to go along with whatever you decide.
