Possibly Crocidiophora cignigerella, but there is usually some brown associated with the dark fw spot.

Sorry, the first comment was off-track (as well as misspelt). Homoeosoma vagella is much closer, although small phycitines are difficult unless you can get a microscope on all their parts.
