It was a much smaller beetle than the one that I think was Epithora dorsalis and had much shorter antennae. I'm not sure this is the same. The whitish tinge on the back part was also quite distinctive.

Yes looks a little different but as far as I can tell Epithora dorsals is the only species in the genus
