This moth seems to be a very good match for Thorocolopha spilacrossa, which is known to occur in the ACT, see here: http://lepidoptera.butterflyhouse.com.au/acro/spilocrossa.html

I agree that the butterfly house Thoracolopha spilocrossa is very similar but the two on iNat are different and interestingly quite diferent to each other.
