While I'm pretty confident this is a Myrascia sp. I'm suggesting this is M. trugella rather than M. bracteatella because I think the details of the forewing pattern better match the species. Also the distribution maps of the two species seems to indicate M. bracteatella has a more southern distribution (e.g. Victoria) whereas M. trugella has records from more northern and eastern NSW. Bold Sytems 4 allows the wing patterns to be compared.
