While L. cataphracta is variable in its forewing pattern thare are examples of this species on both iNaturalist and the ALA which closely match this specimen.

Too blurred for me to see whether it has upturned labial palps or not.

I have assumed there are no uptuned labial palpi visible and there is a 'small, hairy head' indicating Psychidae is possible. ( Zborowski and Edwards 2007).
