Generally hairy, with yellow verrucae on the thorax and an enlarged black first abdominal segment are features of the published photo of the larva from Thailand of Imma loxoscia.
Imma acosma occurs in southern NSW, so may occur in ACT.

I tried to suggest "Imma sp. (genus)" but the system would not allow it. I was able to suggest Imma acosma, but could not figure out how to add it to CNM.
