Michael, not Stenocotis. Closest I can find at this stage is https://biocache.ala.org.au/occurrences/f9534c8f-f9d7-4ac3-b1d1-7dff2772b17c. This suggests Cixiid planthopper. I am not convinced but will do for now. I will continue to search and maybe Kim has a better idea.
