I am not quite sure which species it is - but either nuda or mecalyptra

Without an image of the leaf I would be inclined to call this pauciflora complex rather than peniculata.
Strigo, nuda and megcalyptra have taller columns, and the tepals are a bit more slender and don't overlap as much.
