how to distinguish between M parvifolia and M unifolia? Is it the labellum which seems curved in this photo (parvifolia) and not crinkled (as for unifolia)?

Pretty much. Also the shape of the labellum being shorter and more heart-shaped rather than longer and more rectangular as for unifolia.
