Can't ID from CNM field guide. Was very active so couldn't get a top view. From top was predominantly black with white markings and more rectangular than trapezoidal in shape. Estimate wing span around or just just over 50mm based on size of lilac flowers. Noticed over a couple of weeks but no longer see it.
