I'm afraid Romulea rosea var. australis, Onion grass - if this is correct I would need advice on how to remove/treat.

It is pretty hard to get rid of - but doesn't tend to invade high quality areas. I concentrate on controlling other species. If you only have a few plants you could dig up the bulb - or wait until the local parrots do it
