Alice _ I was wondering about Arum or Italian Lily, but I am far from certain

Hi Michael thank you for having a look I presumed it must be something exotic do you think I should leave them in just in case?

I think leave them for a little longer the arum lilies are not fast spreaders

I used to have Italian arum as an indoor plant in my office for years until we were forced to remove pot plants so contract suppliers could take over. The lily was then in my garden for years without spreading or flowering - then it started to spread. I still have some in a pot and young leaves look like this sighting, though these look a little fleshier. Older leaves are arrow-head shaped with shades of colour. Whichever they are, be prepared to dig deep to remove all the corms.

I think u r right and they r likely arum lilies. I found some pics of seedlings if the non variegated variety and they look very similar. Obviously very resilient. Digging is something I have done quite a bit lol
