This is the moth which I have raised in a jar, but unfortunately i did not notice it emerge, and it had probably emerged and died a few months before I discovered it. See sighting 4300581 for more background. Case found inside my home on 26th Oct, and raised on various lichen. Must have emerged some time between March and June. Have included photos of the case and the moth which emerged from it. Very sad that i did not see the moth when it was alive.
