User's notes

Umbagong Fungi Project: Beneath weeping willows deep in leaf mulch. A tall, bright orange mushroom, orange cap and gills. For ID, note the stem broke at the top (above right) while clearing leaves around it but did not snap off completely. Heino suggested that given its size and colour it could possibly be a Hygrocybe.
